What is the effect of Solar Glass Shield when it is applied on a solar panel in a plant beside a stone crusher or a quarry? A 15-day dust accumulation trial on two panels.
In the trial, we took two panels. One was uncoated and the other was partly coated with the SGS. They were placed along the solar plant beside a quarry, next to a stone crusher plant.
Both panels were kept undisturbed for 15 days so that the dust accumulation was maximum.
At the end of the 15th day, both panels were observed. The dust had formed bonding with the surface of the uncoated panel.
When the partly coated panel was made vertical, the dust in the area where Solar Glass Shield was applied fell down directly, exposing the clean surface of the panel underneath.
Solar Glass Shield does not allow sticky dust to stick to the solar panel. This makes cleaning the panels easy and reduces time, manpower and cleaning expense.
