1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to nanoceramic-9h.com and is issued by Nano Ceramic 9H, operating from Airoli, Navi Mumbai 400708, India. Throughout this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nano Ceramic 9H, and "you" refers to anyone visiting the site or sending us an enquiry through it.

It covers only what happens on this website. It does not cover what happens after we begin working with you directly, such as a site assessment, a supply agreement or an on-site application, which are governed by the paperwork we agree with you at that point.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

The only way this site collects personal information is through the enquiry forms on our contact and product pages. Depending on the form, these ask for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your company or site name
• Your location, typically a city and state
• The segment or product you are interested in
• The message you write, which often describes your plant, its soiling conditions and how you clean today

Name, email and the message are required on our forms. The rest are optional, and a form will submit without them. Please do not send us information you would rather we did not hold, and please do not include financial details, identity document numbers or health information in a message box.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served, including your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. This is ordinary web server logging, it is used to keep the site running and secure, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

We do not run analytics software, advertising pixels or session recording tools on this site.

3. How we use your information

We use what you send us to:

• Reply to your enquiry
• Understand your site conditions well enough to recommend a product or a cleaning approach
• Prepare a quotation or arrange a site assessment
• Keep a record of our correspondence with you
• Meet any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list from a website enquiry alone, and we do not send bulk promotional email from this site.

4. Your consent

When you fill in and submit a form on this site, you consent to us using the information in it for the purposes set out in section 3. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us using the details in section 13. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with the information before you withdrew it, and it may mean we can no longer progress an enquiry or quotation for you.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies or any tracking cookies of its own. There is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing of that kind to consent to.

The one exception is video. We embed product and field test videos from YouTube using its privacy enhanced mode, which means YouTube does not set tracking cookies simply because a page containing a video has loaded. If you press play, YouTube may then set cookies or use local storage in your browser, and that activity is governed by Google's privacy policy rather than ours. If you would rather avoid this entirely, do not play the embedded videos.

6. Who else handles your data

We keep the number of third parties to a minimum. The ones involved are:

• Hostinger, which hosts this website. Its servers record the standard technical log data described in section 2, and that infrastructure may be located outside India.
• FormSubmit, which delivers our enquiry forms. When you submit a form, the details you typed pass through FormSubmit's servers, which may be located outside India, and are forwarded to us by email. FormSubmit does not retain a copy of your submission.
• YouTube and Google, but only if you press play on an embedded video, as described in section 5.
• Our email provider, since enquiries reach us as email and are stored in our mailbox.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a government authority acting within its powers, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our property or the safety of others.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them, and then for as long as we are required to keep business records under Indian law. In practice, an enquiry that does not lead anywhere is kept as part of our correspondence history, and an enquiry that becomes a customer relationship is kept with the records for that relationship. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it unless we are legally required to keep it.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to the people at Nano Ceramic 9H who need it in order to respond to you.

We take care with your information, but no website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You send information to us over the internet at your own risk.

9. Your rights

Subject to Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information about you we hold and what we have done with it
• Correct information that is inaccurate, misleading or incomplete
• Erase information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep
• Stop using your information, by withdrawing the consent you gave
• Raise a grievance about how we have handled your information

Write to us using the details in section 13. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not disclose someone else's information to the wrong person. We aim to respond to any request within thirty days.

10. Children

This is a business to business website for solar plant operators, facility managers and trade customers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

11. External links

This site links to and embeds content from other services, most notably YouTube. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any site we link to. When you follow a link away from nanoceramic-9h.com, the policy of the destination applies, not this one.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices, our tooling or the law changes. The current version always sits at this address, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. If we make a significant change to how we use enquiry information, we will make that clear on this page rather than changing it quietly.
