1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of nanoceramic-9h.com. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. They are not a supply contract. Any sale of products, any coating work carried out at your site, and any warranty attaching to either, are governed by the quotation, purchase order and supply paperwork we agree with you separately, and those documents prevail over anything on this website.

2. Who we are

This site is operated by Nano Ceramic 9H, of Airoli, Navi Mumbai 400708, Maharashtra, India. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nano Ceramic 9H, and "you" refers to the person using the site.

3. Using this website

You may view the site, and print or download extracts, for your own information or for a genuine business evaluation of our products. In return, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send an enquiry on someone's behalf without authority
• Use the enquiry forms to send spam, advertising, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
• Introduce any virus, malware or other harmful code
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details from the site, whether by automated means or otherwise
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, or place an unreasonable load on it

The name Nano Ceramic 9H, our logo, and our product names, including Solar Glass Shield, Tough Soil Remover, Organic Descaler, Guardcoat Glass, GuardCoat Ceramic Coating Spray and Fabriguard, are our marks. You may not use them without our written permission.

You may quote or reference short extracts from this site provided you credit Nano Ceramic 9H and, online, link back to the page you took the extract from. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, reproduce our photography or test documentation in your own materials, or present our content as your own, without our written permission.

5. Enquiries and quotations

The enquiry forms on this site are an invitation for you to start a conversation. Submitting one does not create a contract, does not reserve stock, and does not oblige us to supply anything.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price. The site does not display prices and does not take orders or payments. A binding arrangement arises only when we issue you a written quotation and you accept it, or when we otherwise confirm an order in writing.

Please give accurate information in an enquiry. Our product recommendations depend on what you tell us about your plant, its soiling conditions and your current cleaning method, and a recommendation based on inaccurate information may not suit your site.

6. Accuracy of information

We put real care into keeping this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Product formulations, specifications, packaging and availability can change, and the site may not reflect a change immediately.

The content here is general product information. It is not technical advice for your specific installation. Before committing to a coating or a cleaning regime for a plant, ask us for a site assessment so that the recommendation is based on your actual conditions.

7. Published results and figures

This site publishes field test results, case studies and performance figures, including statements such as a reduction of around 70% in cleaning time and water savings of over 80%.

Please read these for what they are. Each field test and case study records what was observed at a particular plant, in particular soiling conditions, over a particular period, using a particular cleaning method. The figures are indicative of what the products can do in comparable conditions. They are not a guarantee of the result you will get.

Actual performance at your site depends on factors we do not control, including your dust load and its composition, local weather and humidity, water quality, panel age and glass condition, mounting type and tilt, how the coating is applied, and how the plant is cleaned afterwards. We do not warrant any particular level of generation improvement, water saving, labour saving or coating life on the basis of this website. Any performance commitment we are prepared to give will be stated in a written quotation or supply agreement.

8. Third-party links and video

The site links to external sites and embeds video hosted by YouTube. We do not control that content, we do not endorse it by linking to it, and we are not responsible for it. Following an external link is at your own risk, and the terms and privacy policy of the destination will apply once you leave our site.

9. Availability of the site

We provide this site free of charge and on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site, or the whole of it, without notice. We are not liable to you if the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of generation revenue, loss of business or loss of data.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
