Water Fed Brush

Water Fed Brush

A very popular and effective tool for cleaning solar panels, especially on residential and small commercial installations. One person completes both steps, pouring water and brushing, in a single pass. Soft nylon bristles lift dust, pollen and bird droppings without scratching the panel, and water is directed straight onto the surface instead of being sprayed across the array.

A water-fed brush by Nano Ceramic 9H is a very popular and effective tool for cleaning solar panels, especially for residential and small commercial installations. Here is why they are used.

Why the water fed brush is the best choice for solar cleaning

Efficiency: one person can complete both the steps of pouring water and cleaning with the brush, which makes the process faster and easier.
Reach: the brushes are equipped with telescopic poles, so panels on rooftops or elevated structures can be reached without ladders. This removes the significant risk of falling while cleaning a solar plant.
Gentle cleaning: the nylon bristles are soft to avoid scratching the delicate panel surface, yet effective at removing dirt, dust, bird droppings and pollen.
Water system compatibility: NC9H water fed brushes are compatible with water inlet force up to 10 bars, and come with an inlet water valve for a regulated flow.
Reduced water usage: water is directed onto the surface of the panel, avoiding the wastage and spillage of traditional cleaning methods.

Telescopic Pole

An extendable pole made of multiple sections that slide into one another, so length adjusts to the job. Twist locks hold each section in place and release in seconds. The aluminium body has a good strength-to-weight ratio, and corrugation on the outer sections adds stiffness and grip. Corrosion resistant, so it holds up outdoors on rooftops.

A telescopic pole, also known as an extension pole or extendable pole, is a versatile tool made up of multiple sections that slide into one another, allowing its length to be adjusted. That makes it useful for reaching heights or distances that would otherwise be inaccessible or require ladders, scaffolding or other elevated platforms.

How they work

The sections are held in place by twist-lock mechanisms. Sections extend by twisting until they lock into place, and retract by untwisting until the inner section slides back into the outer one. It is very easy to operate and the change of length can be achieved fast.

Pole material

Aluminium is lightweight but strong, with a good strength-to-weight ratio, durability and affordability. The corrugation on the outer sections makes it stronger and easier to grip. Aluminium is corrosion resistant, which suits outdoor use, and is used for solar panel, window cleaning, painting and general household cleaning tasks.

Applications: cleaning

Window cleaning: especially for high-rise windows, often paired with squeegees or brushes.
Solar panel cleaning: aluminium telescopic poles are used with water-fed brushes to clean panels safely and effectively.
Dusting and cobweb removal: reaching high ceilings, corners and difficult-to-access areas indoors.
Pool cleaning: attaching nets, brushes or vacuum heads for cleaning swimming pools.
Vehicle washing: cleaning large vehicles like trucks or RVs.

Applications: maintenance and construction

Painting: extending paint rollers or brushes for high walls and ceilings.
Roof inspection and maintenance: checking gutters, removing debris or inspecting roofs without climbing.
Pruning and gardening: attaching saws or fruit pickers to trim branches or harvest fruit from tall trees.
Light bulb changing: safely replacing bulbs in high fixtures.

Scrub Handle

Scrub Handle

Scrub Handle is a must have accessory to clean the solar panels. It holds the Solar Cleaning Scrub tightly. It also enables you to apply more force on the tough dirt and cleaning becomes easier. It distributes the force evenly, which enables faster and effective cleaning.

Microfibre Washer

The most popular way to clean any glass surface. An extremely soft microfibre sleeve with better cleaning capability than ordinary cloth, it removes dust without leaving scratches on the panel. It can be used wet or dry, which makes it equally suited to the first dusting pass and the final drying pass.

Basic Solar Cleaning Kit

Basic Solar Cleaning Kit

The economy package for rooftop solar plants, designed for sites where sticky dust cannot be cleaned by a microfibre washer alone. Water is spread on the panels, the solar cleaning scrub releases the dirt, water carries it away, and the microfibre window washer dries the panels off. Both attachments fit the same pole interchangeably. Available in 1.5 m, 3 m and 6 m.

The Basic Solar Cleaning Kit is the economy product, especially for rooftop solar plants. It has been designed for plants that face a sticky dust problem, where dust cannot be cleaned just by a microfibre washer.

How the kit works

We developed a solar cleaning scrub with a pole handle that fits on the telescopic pole. Once water is spread on the solar panels, the kit helps remove the sticky dust. It has limited abrasive action and removes the dirt that sticks on the panels, and water then takes the dirt away.

Once the cleaning operation is done, the microfibre window washer makes the panels dry. Both attachments fit on the pole interchangeably, which proves a great help for keeping solar plants clean. It comes in lengths of 1.5 m, 3 m and 6 m.

Please note

Poles are supplied in 1.5 m, 3 m and 6 m lengths, and every attachment is interchangeable on the same pole. Bulk supply and custom kit configurations are available for larger plants on demand.
